We do estimates and projects anywhere in the IE. From San Bernardino County to Riverside County, even as far as bordering Los Angeles. Of course, we can occasionally make exceptions, so please call and let us know!
Yes! We offer free estimates for any potential project. You can contact us at our number and we can schedule an in-home estimate at any possible date. We do job site estimates, property estimates, and even written estimates.
We handle all work including getting the permits. We obtain all required approval for any job.
We have our own crew that works with us on any job. Unfortunately, some jobs may require more labor and subcontractors will be needed at times, but we work with the best subcontractors in the area if needed.
Payment depends on the type of contract. For smaller projects, we do payment upon completion. For larger projects, payments are weekly and upon bringing the materials.
This largely depends on the type of project at hand. When we do an in-person estimate, we can lay out the plans and a potential timeframe for each project. The timeframe can be discussed and negotiated.
